The terms on which we provide private pharmacy and prescribing services. This page is a working draft and is being reviewed before launch.
Our services are private
Every service listed on this site is a private service, paid for by you. It sits alongside, and does not replace, care from your NHS GP. You do not need to be registered with us.
Clinical assessment comes first
All prescription-only medicines are supplied following a clinical assessment by an independent prescriber. We may decline to prescribe where treatment would not be safe or appropriate, and we will explain why. Paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Prices and payment
Prices published on this site are the full cost of the service and are payable at the appointment. Weight loss plans include the consultation, injection training where relevant, and a monthly review. There is no joining fee, no subscription and no minimum term. Prices may change, and the price confirmed at your appointment is the price that applies.
Appointments and cancellations
Please give us as much notice as you can if you cannot attend, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Call 01908 104265 to change or cancel an appointment.
Medicines supplied
Medicines are dispensed from our registered premises and cannot be returned or refunded once supplied, in line with pharmacy law. If you believe a medicine is faulty, contact us immediately.
