Who we are

Kenmakos Medical is a private pharmacy and prescribing clinic at Building 7, Unit C111, Bucks Biz Centre, Barton Road, Bletchley, MK2 3HU. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, premises number 9013129. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Olufumilola Soetan, GPhC 2049699.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, address, phone number and email address.
• Health information: your medical history, medication, measurements and consultation notes.
• Records of the services you have received and the medicines dispensed to you.
• Payment records, held by our payment provider rather than by us.

Why we hold it

We hold your health information to provide safe clinical care, and because we are required to keep records of the medicines we supply. The lawful bases we rely on are the provision of health care under Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR, and our legal obligations as a registered pharmacy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. With your permission we write to your GP so your records stay complete. We share information without permission only where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are retained in line with professional guidance, normally for at least eight years after your last appointment, and longer for patients under 18.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to restrict how it is used. Some rights are limited where we have a legal duty to keep records. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
